Some of you know who this is.

I saw a doctor today who told me that at the age of 16 my peculiar mix of horrible family history and my own bad eating habits have led me to a place where I am highly at risk for heart attacks, strokes, blood clots, and adult-onset diabetes.

At 16. Not at 50.

So now its excercise or die, if I may wax melodramatic. (When it's life or death, melodrama is always within one's bailiwick.)

It helps to have a workout partner, and someone to just remind you to watch your eating habits. Just don't forget that there are people who have your back.

I promise, sir, that I will help you nullify this death sentence through breath of word and breadth of deed.

...death shall have no dominion..

hmm, I'd choose exercise personally, but that's just me.

Hey, this could have been me posting this! Wanna exercise together, OP? I'd much rather wait for the insanity to kick in, rather than have a heart attack.

I don't know who this is, but I know what it's like to have a horrible family history. I have cancer on both sides, Alzheimer's on both sides, high blood pressure on one due to high cholesterol, and just general senility on the other.

Life sucks. Exercise.
