I know I need to see a shrink about my co-dependancy and depression, but I'm afirad that if I do I'll be told to cut her off, and I can't live with that.

You say "I can't live with that"
I would put forward the idea:
You don't know that.

health is facing reality at any
cost." --M. Scott Peck

Do as you will.

Your fears just show that you know your relationship is unhealthy. Can you really see yourself in a healthy longterm relationship with this girl? If not the sooner you get out the better.

To paraphrase the first Aladdin sequel - You'd be surprised with what you can live through.

See the shrink. It'll do some good.

Seeing a psychologist may just give you some ideas of how to imporve you relationship and keep it from becoming destructive. Things will most likely fall apart all on their own from what you've said, and intervention might be the crucial step to save your relationship.
