just be yourself, and talk to them dont expect guys to always make the first move most of the time they will assume you dont like them even if they like you.

That depends if there's a specific guy you want or just one of them.
Putting out will make guys like you, yes. The wrong guys. The most important thing is to be the same person with guys as you are when you're with girls. It's not about putting out so much as it is about not putting on.
Just be you, do your hair right, and wait for the right one to come along. He will. :)
i ask this question everyday... and putting out doesn't seem to work... so when you find out a valid answer to life's persistant question let me know.

I dunno about playing hard to get... as a boy, I tend to find that really frustrating. It's rather hard to tell when a girl is playing hard to get and when she just isn't interested... it gets old quickly.
