yes. anything you do when you're drunk is stupid....b/c you dont know what you're doing.
i mean would you hookup again if you're not drunk? if you would....then why dont you just do it not drunk? if you wouldn't....then it prolly wont go so well with that person after you do it.
Was it something you wanted? Because if so... than its fine.
Um, no. Unless you had unprotected sex, one of you is no longer single, or you are morally opposed to hookups that don't mean anything.

assuming it was something that you both would have done when you were sober, and neither of you has a real reason that would make it immoral then it's okay, but the fact that you've hooked up sober in the past isn't a complete justification. it really depends.
I am thinking that in having to ask this question, you already know the answer.
