Typos are one thing, I make them all the time. I only point it out when's it's a really annoying spelling error (rediculous is the WORST). If someone's trying to make a point, its hard to take them seriously when they can't write coherently.
I dont really care about spelling errors as long as its still understandable. If your arguing with someone about something its kinda like grasping at straws to point out trivial typos.
