I wanted for the entire year to get out of school.

yeah, wow I don't miss it at all..I and I actually like school.
Because when you say you don't like school you mean you don't like the boring classes or the annoying people you have to see or the constant homework that's smashing you into the ground.
When you "hate" it so much you overlook the fact that you see so many people you like every day, that there are actually interesting classes, and that when you go to school you are constantly being "constructive" whereas over the summer we have to find something to make us feel like we're worth something. Also there's the sense of being cognitively fulfilled by the thinking you have to do in...well depending on the person and the classes at least a few classes a day.
That's actually just me, but some (or most) of that probably applies to you.
yea its just the change from a schedule where you see everyone everyday to one where you rarely see the people youve gotten so used to.
