in NC as long as your 16 or over then your legally good to go, in terms of sex.
I believe it's within two years until you're 18, but then I again I didn't look that fact up before putting it down.
Although what's legal isn't necessarily whats right all the time.
You'll have to decide for yourself, as five years seems a bit creepy at this point (to me), but I wouldn't want to get in the way of one of those true love scenarios.
