If this was the guy's first time, he very likely was nervous. Just tell him it is okay and when you try again, the results may be different.
Also medications may be an issue. I have a friend who had much difficulty getting it up for his first time, and then he stopped taking his ADD medicine and had no problem. He was REALLY into the girl. It's probably not you, OP.
