What does porn addiction entail. As in, when would one know they have developed an addiction for pornography?

Um... same as any other addiction... it interferes with all other functions of your everyday life.

Or when you're not looking at your porn, you get delirium tremens.

I would suggest to read a Wikipedia article on the subject, but it's pretty low on substance.

As far as definition is concerned, I'm with graffiti... An addiction draws your attention to a point away from your 'normal' life beyond the target of your desire.

In terms of identification, it's just like any other addiction; if you stop to think, and you realize you fit into a definition of addiction, odds are good you're hooked.

if you can stop without thinking about it much then your probably not addicted. just try to go without it for a week or two and see what happens.

I find that I am much more likely to look at porn when I have absolutely nothing else to do. Hence, during the school year, I do it much less often than I did over the summer.

If when you think of porn, you get a desire to go look at it, you're an addict. If you asked this question for personal reasons, you're an addict.

When you have to ask that...
Dude you know that every single picture you look at is like, engraved in your mind?? And they'll stay with you for the rest of your life...Even when you're like 40 years old and married...is this what you want?
