now the NSA doesn't even need to wiretap our phones...they can just use facebook to track our every moves.

Post anything that you want - a story, a secret, a confession, a fear, a love - anything. Post twice if you'd like. And then share the site with your friends.

Only if they go to william g. enloe high school!
Seriously though, that shit is creepy now...
Big Brother watches my every move.
Facebook has sold us all out.
*sigh*
Facebook is just the new MySpace (and MySpace was not a completely new concept in itself, etc, etc).
As long as people are free to publish whatever content they please in open publicly accessible forums, there will be people who continue to post without discretion.
Even a requirement for you to log in to see/post information doesn't necessarily guarantee the privacy of that information.
(eg. Employers forcing friends to authenticate on Facebook/MySpace, agencies requesting subpoenas, and (of course) hackers assaulting weak security employed by public services.)
The moral of the story: don't be stupid; if you don't want a certain person/group (mother, employer, government, etc) to see information, don't stick it on the web.
But facebook is taking it to TMI level, box box. For instance, I can tell you both groups you joined yesterday. (Awkward Turtle and Crikey!...) I don't want to know that stuff about you (or you for me), but facebook is making it easily accessable and really creepy.
It's only TMI if it really is too much information. TMI comes in when there's no discretion on the behalf of a poster.
Frankly, I don't mind that you can see that information; I know that you can, and I accept it. It's not a hidden part of the service, and you're welcome to cease your affiliation at any time.
Take a step back, look at all the angles, make a decision, and take it in stride.
I deleted all of my mini feed updates and will continue to do so until facebook deletes this crazy networking scheme. And you know enought people will complain about it that it'll be gone by next week.
AHHH FACEBOOK IS CREEPY AND STALKERISH.
so why am i still addicted...?
LOL.
Oh, I love it.
Perhaps that is because I am secretly a stalker.
yea like it really matters if the nsa want to know something about you they will the only protection is that your just one person in a lot as long as nothing sets you apart they dont give a shit about you.
Anonymous 7, you missed it. The point of the post wasn't the NSA - it was Facebook.
