yes it really is, just dont let yourself hype it up to much.
ALmost all the time. Especially if it's not something material. I work harder at running that any other aspect of my life, and it's always worht it. I also work in the relationships I have with people, and that's worth it too. However, working incredibly hard in school (if you don't actually care about it) to get into a prestigous college and missing out on life? Maybe not worth it. I couldn't tell you though, since I don't do it.
