To respond to those who comments proliferated on my previous post. No, life is not fair. I am not saying it should be. If it were, then it's entire existence would contradict itself.

What goes around doesn't come around. Quit deluding yourself. Don't live selflessly, for others, in order to be altruistic, in order that something may come around for you. It won't.

Yes, life isn't fair. It's just more fair than death.

No, see, you don't get it. To do that you actually respond ON THE POST. Quit cluttering, spammer.

I agree with Tinted - follow established Tangst precedents. Respond to comments on a post in a comment while using the tag "OP" as your identity. No one except the original poster is supposed to use that tag.

Clutter is bad. Don't do it.

While I agree with Tinted and Sithgirl, I still disagree with the OP.

Death is the fairest thing of all. The great equalizer. Everything that lives must die.

how in the world can you judge life as fair or not having lived only 16 years give or take 2. DO you know there is no afterlife, i mean absolutly know not think.can you see every side of every situation?

I think you should do selfless things for the sake of doing selfless things, not because you think you'll earn points for being good.

And death is very fair. In my book it's a peaceful ending we'll all recieve after we've finished our life. It's like dessert after dinner and the kids who refuse to finish dinner or eat their vegetables and skip right to dessert are probably unhealthy.

You can be as happy or as angsty about all of this and crying won't change a thing. That right there is justice.
