We don't have lunch together anymore, I hardly ever see you in the halls (according to my route the first day of school, I'll have to expiriment), a lot of my friends say you're in their classes, and I freaking miss you (and have missed you since June).

How am I supposed to have a successful crush on someone I never see (well, maybe twice-ish a week for very short periods of time)? I never really realized how big Enloe is before now. Damnit.

Distance from a crush will make it go away. Unless you are planning on doing something, it is probably better that way.

Worked for me, albeit meeting another, better girl that returned my feelings certainly helped.

Your contextual use of "albeit" implies an intention to use "and" rashi. Try it:

Worked for me, and meeting another, better girl that returned my feelings certainly helped.

:D

Back on topic, distance breaks down crushes; established relationships can withstand the divide through communication (among other things), but empty crushes have no defenses upon which to draw support when placed under duress.

No. I meant what I said.

Replace albeit with its synonym "although", and you get exactly the meaning that I wanted. That distance helped me, although it was not distance alone, as meeting another girl also ameliorated my problem.

I'm sorry, OP.

You know who I am.

I'm sorry I have that class with that kid... (you should be there, too).
