I love him. I have loved him for 3 years now, but we are just good friends. Sometimes, I feel as if I should tell him how I feel, yet, I don't know if it's appropriate since he has a girlfriend already. what should I do?

Probably not, you'll make an enemy of the girl and really make life hard for the guy (if he has some kind of similar feelings), or he'll flat out deject you and that will be sad.
You have about a 0.001 percent chance that you'll wrestle him away from his current woman just by the power of love.
By all means go ahead, but I wouldn't advise it.
That's all completely true unless you know it's a relationship he isn't satisfied with, then the scales are tipped a little in your favor.
