So I am 17 years old and I have never had a boyfriend at any point in my life, because, well, I can't get any And it's not for a lack of trying on my part. I mean, I don't think I'm unattractive at all and I am a good person, so I'm just wondering what the hell is wrong with me?

I know it's tough, but I doubt there's anything disgustingly wrong with you... the right guy just has not come around yet.

are you going for boys that are unreachable? (for example someone who has never even looked at you then you pop up and say "hi, want to date?" or boys that already have girlfriends?) i hope you're not shooting too high
When you say "not for a lack of trying" do you mean you have actively gone after multiple guys who were single and within your social reach?
If you have and it hasn't worked any time then I don't really know except maybe you don't give off an impression of independent thought (boring)or you give off an impression of too much independent thought (intimidating/bitchy) or you act too good or you aren't actually okay looking.
There's a lot of possible reasons why people might not want to date you.
I have this problem too.
Most of my potential relationships have failed because one or both of us is completely off our rocker.
