nifong is a faggot. by the fact that they keep dropping charges, it has become clear that they have had no case from the beginning. it enrages me that they can simply point fingers and ruin peoples lives like that. this is ridiculous. even if the defendants successfully argue and win the case, they had to go through all that hardship and bs just because some worthless bitch has to strip for a living, accidentally got herself pregnant and wants to blame someone else for it. its true that they were stupid for hiring a stripper, and its also true that shes stupid for being a stripper, but its becoming clearer and clearer that this is almost entirely fabricated. its the salem witch trials all over again, a worthless girl points a finger and by her word alone so many people get caught up in her venemous web of malice. in response to her delivering the baby, shes a stripper, she probably has sex like 20 times a day. stupid worthless bitch.

Yuck. This whole case disgusts me. Just another stupid attention whore (pun intended) trying to screw (pun intended again) some kids who were guilty of only poor judgement out of the rest of their lives.
Nifong is a dick. He broke virtually every rule a district attorney should not break.
They have a witness who keeps changing her story. I for one hope that they release her name after charges are dropped. That way she can know what it's like to have the entire country against her. Hopefully, the boys will sue her so hard that she'll still be paying them 50 years from now.
And hopefully, they'll sue the city of Durham so hard they'll never have to work a day for the rest of their lives. Of course, that's a good thing, seeing as they'll probably never be able to get a job, thanks to this woman.

I think that this is a confirmation of my faith in the american judicial system. Wait a second before you verbally crucify me.
Despite the public outrage and desire to punish them immediately, they've gone through trial and the falsehood of the charges and corruption of the district attorney are being brought up, so maybe in a year or two after the dust settles things will probably turn out right.
I hate this because all this did was bring bad press to Duke (although I don't lose sleep over that at all) and North Carolina. Then again, people (and states) rarely get in the news for good things.

I dont believe that every human has an innate value. I believe that you define your value by your actions. We never said anything contrary to the argument that detaining muslims was racist. That is value. What did that bitch of negative worth do, she chose a high risk job, got pregnant, and chose not to take responsibility for it. Basically she wanted the easy way out even if it meant putting so many college students through undue hardship. It doesnt matter what color their skin was or if they were rich, poor, or anything. What did they do that was more deserving of punishment than any other college students. Its clear they didnt commit rape and all the other allegations are falling like dead weights. so what then?
