i don't understand why everyone's so freaking angry about the snow day. embrace it, kidlets.
and i know it took wcpss a long time to call it, but i live 30 minutes away from enloe and i hadn't left yet when they called it. chill.

yea i live about thirty minutes from school on a good day on a snow day it took much longer. I was nearly there before i found out so i drove about and hour and a half in all, and it sucked so...
...so you went home and cried about it? Stop being so negative. I woke up at 2:00am on Thursday to finish studying, and didn't find out about the cancelation until I was about to walk out the door. I took a walk in the snow instead, before it started sleeting. I felt better for it.
yea well i stayed up all night studying for my exam and then i drove 24.3 hours up hill both ways to get to school.
No but i do wish that wake county had just made up their mind sooner, I loved the snow day but i would have loved it more had i not had to drive in it.
