I think any girl involved with two boys is a slut, I'm sorry.
I have two friends who are dating two guys, and it's sick-nasty.
Don't do it. It's rude, especially when you bitch and waffle about which one you like better.

OP, I definitely agree that trying to be involved with two people at once is "rude" and certainly emotionally unfair; however, I'd be careful using the word slut.
I too am guilty of this, but think about it: there is no male equivelant for "slut"... I've definitely never heard anybody call a guy with two girls anything but a pimp... which has become positive, though it shouldn't be.
Anyhow, you're definitely right.

Also, a "lecher" is not a male synonym for slut. Lecher is defined as "a man given to excessive sexual indulgence; a lascivious or licentious man."
That refers to a lustful person, someone who indulges themselves. First definition for "slut" is a "dirty and slovenly woman" which is far more derogatory.
Referring to someone as a lecher can merely refer to a guy oggling some cleavage. Word choice is important, my friend.
I've heard lecher many a time. I think in today's society man-slut and lecher pretty fill the same space.
But I agree, it's probably unfair and rude, even if they agree to it, but I like to side with what people decide they want to do, so as long as your friends aren't doing anything secretly and everyone in the relationships are aware of the little triangle they're creating, then it's their decision.
