I will strike down upon thee with great vengeance and furious anger those who attempt to correct the grammer of and destroy my brothers. And you will know I am the Lord when I lay my vengeance upon you.

Not only that, but she's not even entirely correct. While perfect English grammar would dictate the use of the subjunctive in this case (were), the subjunctive is such an uncommon mood in the English language that many linguists have decided that saying "was" is just as correct as "were."

Not only that, Rashi, but anon1 just made one of the worst quote modifications it has ever been my displeasure to read.

Anonymous 1, I hope you mean "grammar."

Really? Then I don't know what you mean, since "grammer" isn't a word. At least... not in the english language.

:-P

it is now.

Funny. I was under the impression that linguists studied the nuances of a language for a living. And I certainly value their opinions more than I do yours.

its kinda funny that this post is so off topic of the orginal post. none of the replies have had anything to do with it.

back to the original post:

im sorry for you, op. you can't do much to change people's inclinations easily, but racists and/or superficial people suck.

When I first read this post and saw "12 comments" I thought "wow, this has gotten a lot of ideas."

Then I read it...

As to the poster: From what I've experienced and heard from my fellow man, most people aren't completely focused on such a specific category as "small and asian."

I decided to take out cute cause cute is always a good factor *shrug*

anyways, good luck to you with this asian lover.
