Any responsible adult. Your parents, a school guidance counselor or your priest/rabbi/religious leader are all good places to start. Also depending on where you are there may be an anonymous drug intervention hotline that you can call.

In Raleigh, I think the number is 919-661-5555.

What do you mean "on ecstasy"? Is he CURRENTLY under the influence of ecstasy? If so it's not a problem that you need to get anybody involved with. If it becomes a problem then intervention might be necessary but there's nothing wrong with occasional experimental drug use.

^"nothing wrong with occasional experimental drug use"? Um, sorry to burst your bubble, but ecstasy can cause your body temperature to rise high enough to cook your organs. EMTs have to put partygoers in coolers full of ice sometimes to cancel the effects of ex. Drugs can be dangerous no matter how seldom you use them.

I'd say talk to your brother first. Tell him that you're worried. Maybe if he realizes that somebody loves him and gives a shit about his well-being, he'll think twice about endangering it.

Is it X or molly? MDMA isn't that harmful in it's pure form but if he's getting it in pills there's no telling what's in them and that's usually what causes people to cook themselves. Also if he is currently on X, as in he is rolling RIGHT NOW then don't mess with him, he's probably enjoying himself and as long as he isn't dying you can wait to talk to him until later. When I tried X a few times just to see what it was like I started doing it every once in a while and if someone came to me about my "problem" I probably would have socked them. Be careful with your words and don't sound condescending because you are no better than him.

Drugs aren't nearly as dangerous as the media would have you think. The so-called "organ cooking" only takes place when someone ODs and I highly doubt that's the case here.

^it's really hard to OD on MDMA

also NOBODY likes a narc

You only take X when you party..it's not like heroin.
