Post anything that you want - a story, a secret, a confession, a fear, a love - anything. Post twice if you'd like. And then share the site with your friends.
Curl up and watch an old movie. Read. call someone. Write. Watch really bad television. Try to avoid thinking--because that usually gets me to the "sometimes it's not" (a1) and "cry" (a3).
Loneliness is a part of the human condition and it will always be with us. Fortunately it is usually a fleeting feeling. If it comes too often, it is time to make positive changes in life and get more active. I try to look at the big picture: feelings come and go but I can still do something positive with my life, with my own goals, one step at a time. Meanwhile, how we cope with things like loneliness reveals and develops our character.
