Work hard, save your money, practice good values.

Seriously, look at it the same way as I looked at college admissions:

Millions of people have done it before me, I can do it too.

^ That's similar to the way that I think of things sometimes.

Jr year - keep up with your reading. if you can do that you're set. Soon you'll learn what classes you can slack off in and which you can't. It really isnt that bad, teachers pretend to be hardasses the first week or so of school just to try and set a tone, but itll smooth out soon enough. goodluck

I'm a junior this year, and my classes haven't been that bad so far. I actually really like several of them.

If your teacher gives you a syllabus, READ IT and take it to heart, read it like your life depends on it. Even if he/she deviates from it on occasion, if you have your readings done by the dates on the syllabus, you'll be on solid ground. After a while, when you get used to the work (and you will, don't worry), you'll appreciate junior year because it's when teachers really start treating you like an adult and expecting you to think like one. And when it's over, you can join the "I Survived Enloe" Facebook group, and all will be well.

Mr. Ogren was the only reason I had a hard Junior year.

Do the reading. DO IT. And take good notes. Never forget to do the reading. Also, don't be bummed if you get a 56 on a lab that was 60 pages long. It happens.

^and even if you have Ogren for Enviro, don't freak out. He's tough as nails but a nice guy and you will be really well prepared for the AP test.
