But as far as fat girls go, I just wish all of fat could be lipo-ed out of the obese ones and pumped into the anorexics and supermodels when they slept. That way everyone's happy and healthy (and much more attractive)
Yes. Some overweight girls can be incredibly sexy-- look at Queen Latifah if you need an example. It's all in the way you present yourself, which has a lot to do with how you feel about yourself.
At the risk of sounding quite cliche, I would just like to comment that
"Beauty is what is inside, not what is out."
With that said, I don't find fat girls particularly attractive. I like slender girls.
But skeletal = bad.

I think that they could be, except that I don't really judge the sexiness of girls, being a girl myself who is interested in guys.
Girls with a little junk in the trunk are HOT. Not like rolling over themselves fat, but curves are definitely yummy.

okay, so the two things I didn't cover:
whether skeletal is bad...yeah that's pretty gross.
As to beauty on the inside, we're talking about whether fat girls are physically attractive or not. I mean what's on the inside does matter a great deal, but I didn't see that as what we're talking about.
