i can't get up in the morning and i can't fall asleep at night.

I have the same problem in the summers. Try getting some exercise during the day so you'll be tireder at night and fall asleep more easily. Also, set an alarm to wake you up at a resonable hour, like 8 am or so, then find things to do to fill your day so you aren't tempted to nap. That will help straighten out your sleep schedule. Another trick to try when you can't fall asleep at night is to put your pillow at the foot of your bed and sleep "upside-down"--dunno why it works, but it does.
I go to bed around midnight, but I can't fall asleep until two or so. My alarm goes off at seven, but I can't wake up well. I go running, but it doesn't do much for making me tired. I don't nap. I don't mind. Insomnia loves me.
