I've been there. Sometimes the best thing to do is "24-hour rule" yourself.
That means waiting exactly 24 hours before making any drastic or permanat decisions. You'd be surprised what one more day in the life can do for you.
Whoever you are, even if cutting is only an outlet for you and not a means of suicide, remember that it can lead to terrible health problems and that there are people out there who care about your life, even if you don't know who they are.
I very much want you to live.
