Generally speaking, it hurts. Go slow, stop if the receiving party is in too much pain. Always use condoms, not just for STD prevention but to keep the invader from getting a urinary tract infection. Use tons and tons of water-based lube-- spit WILL NOT CUT IT. It's the most dangerous type of sex out there, but if you're smart about it you can do it safely.

^yeah, even if it doesn't hurt much it'll hurt a lot less if you guys use some lube. The tissue in there is pretty fragile, even if it doesn't always feel that way, and without lube you can really tear something. He'll probably benefit from it, too.
