don't be afraid. there's nothing to fear. it's just another day. it's a really hyped up day, but in the end it's just one of 365. don't make it out to be something bigger than it is.
have confidence in yourself, take pride in your life and your work and the things that make you feel good. and remember, there is always someone out there who cares for you.
