I did this two years ago and I'm still not completely over him. He decided that he liked me, but not enough for us to have an actual relationship. It was kind of silly how he would flirt with me by hypothesizing philosophical conclusions about our relationship.
Go for it but be prepared to be let down.
Detached intellectual types are
