I haven't got a secret to share but I'm curious about something. How many of you are legitimately happy?

I'm not sure how you define "legitimate" but I think that I am "legitimatly" happy about 90% of the time. If you argue that to be happy is to be happy always - i disagree. there are only sparse moments inwhich i am filled with self doubt, insercurities, and angst
No no no no rarely.
I am. That happiness is spotted with insecurites, worry, sadness, anger, etc...but I love life and I am happy.
I am happy a lot of the time, but that doesn't mean I never have bad times or bad moments.
I would argue that happiness should be defined not as a perpetual good feeling, but as a general contentedness with the place you are in at this point in your life.
That being said, yes, I am happy. Little is perfect and I'm ok with that. What I have is enough for now.
I am satisfied.

I'm pretty much happy most of the time.
I mean, except for... Sperlinge.
And their ilk.
Not right now but I think I was the year before last and I think I might be again in a month or so.
