That is a terrible acrostic poem.
agreed
Acrostic poems in general are usually pretty bad-- especially the kind where you put your name and have an adjective for each letter. OH MY GOD, why do elementary school teachers mislead kids into thinking this is poetry?
^but this is ironically looking at the acrostic form, and is an intentionally quirky avant-garde kind of take on something that is overplayed. I think it's okay
