Nothing is more beautiful than the way I feel when we drive through the deserted parking lot blasting your horrible music and sharing swigs from a glass bottle. The orange glow of the streetlamps illuminates your face and I silence my ringing phone as our lips meet. My heart does back flips. Your hand burns on my thigh. I love you, I think. And I shouldn’t. Somewhere, your girlfriend suspects nothing. I’d give anything to hold onto the feeling. I can’t go on without you. You ended it. Did the right thing. Stayed with the right girl. The pretty one, the good one. I used to be the good girl. I respect that even though inside, my heart cracks open. You made promises. Maybe in the future. Some hint in your smile, in your eyes, tells me this isn’t over. I’ll wait. "Friends?" I ask, feeling my fingers turn to ice. "Always," you remind me.

It's like someone took the opening lyrics to every 90s pop song and strung them together in a paragraph.

Uhm, that was my original writing, thank you.

Bitch. How about find your own guy and quit being the girl everyone hates? Would you like to find the love of your life and then have some slut be with him behind your back? Yeah it's all romantic and cute that you think you love him or whatever, but really, get a grip. He wasn't yours.

lol to every comment

Stop waiting for him to dump her. It's going to make you feel terrible when he doesn't. If he's happily taken don't ruin it.

Whoah, you sound pretty cool.

We were drinking sparkling cider. And if he was so happily taken he never would have come to me now would he?

Even I feel too mean sometimes. It's hard being me.

A guy like that is not worth swooning over. How do you know that when he breaks up with her, he won't cheat on you behind your back? Plus he probably wouldn't trust you anyways because of both of your past actions, so how would that end happily? Find someone who will have a happy ending.

I wouldn't wait up for a guy who has proven he'll cheat.

Then again I don't understand people who help people cheat so maybe we're not really on the same wavelength.

ive been cheated on. ive been cheated with. ive cheated. in that order.

i'm not encouraging any of these behaviors but i understand. its hard to turn off such a strong emotion.

I've cheated but promptly called off the relationship I was in.
