Post anything that you want - a story, a secret, a confession, a fear, a love - anything. Post twice if you'd like. And then share the site with your friends.

For me it's not a phase.
I would call that destructive, not self-destructive. And since you recognize it, you get no pity. Cut it out and quit preying on people. If you need help, ask for it, and do whatever it takes to get it. But stop being a bully.
That's not being a bully. I understand. When I'm depressed I don't get all emo and down, I get self-destructive. I know how you bring people down with you. You don't force them, people are naturally intrigued by self-destructive people. It's like you're in a secret, underground rave and everyone who knows you wants to come, but those you select to come with you can never go back.
