and it would not itch so bad if I continued to shave every day but letting it grow back is whats making it itch.

YOU cannot shave every day
Nobody should have to shave their pubes, girls or boys. I think it's just weird. Faces, armpits, legs, these are all relatively easy to shave and there's nothing wrong with shaving them, but there's just too many sensitive nooks and crannies around the pubes to shave there. Just trim it a little with scissors if you want to keep things neat and tidy. Don't shave the damn thing.
