I'm concerned that I might not do very well on the US History AP Exam.
Any last-minute advice or reassurances?

The AP US History is exam is taken more than any other. That means that a lot of really stupid people take it. Because your score really depends on how you do compared to everyone else, it is not at all difficult to pull out at least a 4.
Also, there will always be a question about Crispus Attucks, and there will always be a question about the Hudson River School of Art.
I know that it's very different, but I took the Euro exam last year and was so over-prepared that I probably should have gotten a 7 on a 5 point scale.
For what it's worth, you know far more than you give yourself credit for. Take a few deep breaths (meditate if you must), eat breakfast, bring a snack, drink few liquids or else you'll have to pee, and roll your shoulders a few times. You're going to rock it.

Just make sure you're well rested and don't stress out. And then just make sure your hand doesn't give out when you're spilling your mind onto the paper.
Don't worry about it. Def sleep. If you freak out, you won't be able to remember anything, so don't freak out. It is not the end of the world and 20 years form now it won't matter if you got a 5 or a 1.
if i remember correctly the first question on last years exam was along the lines of "who was Frederick Douglas?" You'll do fine. Also, Hoffman NAILED what the free response was going to be so I wrote like seven pages about the gilded age. So if he made any predictions listen to them. Go through your review book if you have one and brush up on current-ish stuff since you don't go over it in class.
