You don't want to fuck things up more with the people invovled, so you deal with your issues by talking them over with an impartial third party. It's normal, tons of people do it. It's smart at first, but after you think you have things figured out, you really ought to express yourself to the people involved.
I don't know but I broke up with someone once in part because of things like that.
It's easy.
Its important to tap all resources before making a decision
