there is no connection from the throat to the ovaries
Er... no. Stomach acid makes a pretty effective spermicide.
Yes. You will totally become pregnant.

If you actually believe that this could happen, you are FAR too young to be having sex.
We need better sex education!
Basically what thewordofrashi said.
Hey now guys, no reason to make the OP sterilze themself. We don't know how old this poster is or what kind of experience they've had. We've all had silly questions about sex that we were too embarrassed to ask. If you haven't had sex, a lot of it remains a mystery-- my roommate believed till she was a sophomore in college that the penis produced its own sexual lubricant. Some people just don't know about sex, it's totally normal.
Anyway, no, you cannot become pregnant from a blowjob unless the guy's ejaculate winds up somewhere near your vaginal opening. However, you can still get some nasty STDs from giving a blowjob. Use caution and a condom if you're thinking about doing this with someone. Also, if you are younger, please wait for a while before deciding to engage in sexual activity with another person. Find reliable websites and books, read up on sex, be sure you know how everything is supposed to work and how you can keep yourself safe before you take the plunge.
^^As a point of interest, the penis does produce its own sexual lubricant. That's one of the functions of pre-ejaculate.
Alright anonymous 9, I must say I agree with where you're trying to go...but I'm going to have to knock your off of your pedestal of vast sexual knowledge.
You should call up your roommate and tell her that she should keep on believing what she believed until she was a sophomore in college.
Both the penis and the vagina produce lubricant. It's called "smegma." (You can Wikipedia it if you really want to know what you're ingesting during oral sex...I suggest you don't.)It is created by the foreskin, so I don't believe circumcised men have it.
And yeah, as anonymous 10 said, pre-ejaculate can serve as lubrication too.
May I point you towards Google next time you think someone else is way out there?

I know about preejaculate, and that's not what she was thinking. She was under the impression that the penis is slippery and wet like an eel 24-7. Correct me if I'm wrong, gentlemen, but I'm pretty sure that isn't the case.
Also, PChis, I have an uncircumcised boyfriend and smegma doesn't do shit for us as far as lubrication goes. Nor do tiny drops of preejaculate function as lubricant to any useful degree. Just because smegma and preejaculate can provide a tiny bit of lubrication doesn't mean they do. I know if I depended on just his natural penis juices without using any saliva or lube to give him a handjob I'd chafe the fuck out of him. I'm not an idiot for identifying the penis as the significantly dryer party during sexual intercourse.
You must have really dry hands.
