Whats a good date for a 4 month anniversary with a girlfriend?, cheap because im a broke college student, this means a little more though than your average 4 month cause its the first time in a while we've seen each other.

Campus events are always a good choice for cheap and relatively fun. If your campus is anything like mine, the student union building should be practically barfing up entertainment all the time. Movies, comedians, festivals, all of these are good choices.
Or do a picnic if the weather in your area permits. Take her to the supermarket with you, buy some meal makins' for cheap, and head for a pretty park. It's better than a movie because you can talk and play together, and better than dinner at a fancy restaurant because it's cheaper and more memorable.
Or even better find your way onto the roof of a building on campus that has a particularly pretty view of something and have the picnic there.
I'd say cliche things like picnics are good starting points. The trick is to plan tons of tiny little specifics (like perhaps having the food bought before hand and in a basket or something) that show that you put a lot of effort into it.
You could also find an interesting hole-in-the-wall restaurant near you that's delicious and have an adventure trying it out.
I would say a movie or some sort of campus play would be good after that.
It doesn't matter what you do as long as it took effort and therefore shows you care.
