Do you mean it's like the experience of having sex, or are you perhaps implying that every post on this site is about sex, or perhaps conversations with your friend(s) are one of the above?
1. Can be as awkward as they are gratifying 2. The more you have the better you are at it 3. You're sharing part of yourself with another person and you're both better off than if you had spent that time alone 4. There's that interesting play of give and take, alternately focusing on yourself and your partner 5. There's always an unspoken line of what's going "too far" that both parties have to recognize. A certain playing within the rules.

I can't think of a single conversation or safe sexual encounter that could make a person feel worse than when they started. Maybe I'm just an optimist like that.
