I've always wished that I was born on the twenty-ninth of February.
I was only about a year and a half too early for that.

But when would you celebrate your birthday? Would it be February 28 or March 1? Or would you only do it once ever 4 years?
people say happy birthday to you for a couple of days. its kindof cool plus you get one really rad party every 4 years. the big 4-O takes on a lot more pazzaz thats for sure.
