I found out last month that the girl that I lost my virginity to lied to me about not having an STD, I got tested to be sure... I have chlamydia. How do I tell the three other sexual partners I've had since her?

Post anything that you want - a story, a secret, a confession, a fear, a love - anything. Post twice if you'd like. And then share the site with your friends.

I hate to be critical because it goes against my Tangst morals, but I would like to say that all those people who tell us to use protection (no I'm not talking about any form of abstinence training) were not saying it for their own good. It really is a good idea.
Now as far as your other partners are concerned, you need to tell them the straight truth. Because the longer you hold off, the more likely it is that the problem will grow. I can imagine that they will not be pleased with the situation, but I think (if it were me) that I'd want to hear the truth, bad or good, from you.
Wow, I don't envy you. But, like Knight Racer said, you need to tell your former partners the truth. It's not your fault that this girl lied to you, but it's a regrettable situation for everyone involved. The sooner you tell your other partners, the sooner they, too, can seek treatment and perhaps avoid some of the more serious consequences of the disease.
think of it this way, which would be worse:
a) You tell them now, they're pissed at you, they get treatment because it was caught relatively early.
b) you dont tell them, they're on the verge of castrating you and now they may need more complicated/expenseive/increased treatment.
Which is the better idea?
I agree with the others, but also, the longer you wait increases the potential for them to have other partners as well. Every day you hesitate, the problem grows.
Tell them. Seriously. Call them right now and tell them. And if you want to tell them to their face, all the better.
Next time you should try to see if it is possible for you and your partner to get tested for any STDs (unless it is like and in the heat of the moment thing) That way you could avoid something like this. This would work best if say you had a girlfriend/boyfriend and you were thinking about becoming sexually active.
I get a sick satisfaction from people who've gotten STDs. Schadenfreude and all that. It makes me feel less inadequate for being a virgin.
