Do you need to do anything?
So you now know her fantasies and desires. Is there a reason to act any differently toward her for it?
Remember, she's the same person you knew before you opened the journal, you just know her more deeply.
I wouldn't do anything about it.
I wish I knew who you were, because I think that I know someone in almost the exact same situation.
As for what to do now, I have no clue. Guess it would depend on whether one of them was you.
