Just do it. Seriously. Make it really casual though. A movie is a bad first date, along with something at night.
Sir, I give you until friday at the end of school to ask her out. You can do it before then, but if you haven't done it by then you will have seriously let me down.
The week gives you time to plan the right moment, but the week also doesn't give you too much time: so start planning now or we won't be friends very soon.
