They were right... it sure does hurt the first time.
If you're ready for sex, then it's fine, it's just most teenagers probably aren't "ready" for it, whether it be emotionally, physically, or even financially.
well, that one's a stretch, but I mean condoms cost something, as do abortions, and if you don't believe in such devices the possible result can cost more than a lot of things. Not saying that these are necessarily problems you have to deal with, but being afraid you might have to deal with them can add into the whole emotionally ready thing.

But, my advice would be to stop while you're behind. Speaking from experience, sex at this age really gets you nowhere but backwards, I promise.
