I have found, not quite a guardian angel, but a mentor. It's really awesome to have someone on your side.

I prefer friends rather than mentors, but agreed on the latter.
I find that most often, there is a fine line drawn between friend and mentor, on that is easily crossed in both directions.
And I definitely agree, it is terrific to have someone that you can depend on, that you can trust to support you through anything, whoever they are.
"I prefer friends rather than mentors" -This reveals your immaturity & insecurity. It also tells me you haven't experienced a true mentor (for yourself) yet, because you would not feel like that if you had.
