I swear, one of my brother's friends is hitting on me.
He's nice and fun to talk to, but he's 3 years older than me, and I am not sure how to tell him that I am not really interested in a relationship right now?

Just have fun flirting unless he tries something, then tell him to knock it and that you don't feel like doing that.

That's very funny. One of my brother's friends (he's 4 years younger than me) was hitting on one of my friends. Needless to say, it made her very uncomfortable, but we all laughed afterwards.
