Gosh... talk about the holiday season cheering everybody up.
By the way, I hate having to be so PC all the time. It's a disease.
On that note, Merry Christmas everyone.

Thank God somebody said Merry Christmas!

What does PC mean, exactly?
One definition that fits the situation well would be "Politically Correct".
And who feels the need to be such? PC'ers are so hypocritical, really just an opposite of the extreme right wing.
To the poster: Take advantage of this holiday season (give it up, that's what it is) and experiment with being a "real" person with "feelings" and "beliefs".
It doesn't matter what anyone think's of your opinions so long as they respect your right to have them, such as we do here ;-)
Happy Chanukah, Happy Kwanza, Happy New Years, and Merry Christmas to all, and to all a good night!
I <3 the holidays.. and it's Chanukkah, by the way. Not to be pretentious or snarky, just as common knowledge for everybody. I appreciate reading your holiday spirit, so please don't feel like I'm putting you down! Anyways... the whole thing about being "PC" is as much right wing as it is left. Left wingers get caught up in it, trying to be "fair" to everyone. Right wingers do "affirmative action" which is complete bullshit. Everybody should have the same rights and opportunities (not that it ever happens in practice), and being PC really just ends out being racist by feeling the need to single out these groups and finding the "correct" thing to call them. And I'm done. Happy holidays!
"Everyone's a little bit racist..." ;-)
Happy Holidays!
Now now, we said we're anti-PC/AA, not hardcore racists :-p
If anything, I think the point was made that AA/PC'ers are the most racist ones when you break it down.
I think everyone's entitled to harbor their own beliefs and opinions. I'm not saying that in order to do so, everyone must suddenly acquire a desire to hate on other cultures and races.
On the other hand, if you'd simply default to some base racist beliefs without the crutch of AA/PC, it is my opinion that you need to go home and rethink your life. (insert Force gesture here) Or at the very least, your belief systetm.
No need to say Happy Chanukah either (and that is the generally accepted way of spelling it). Chanukah is a minor Jewish holiday that has been trumped up because it's near Christmas. Wish me a Merry Christmas and I'll wish you one right back. The only Jews that are gonna complain about that are the ones that think Chanukah is in the Torah.
Ew. I like it better without the C.
And Kwanzaa can be a real holiday. The guy on "Reading Rainbow" told me it was.
Honestly, a holiday is what you make it. I don't think we should have a "burn niggers at the stake" holiday... but I'm guessing some people do. Not that I think it's okay they think that... but, you know; I can't stop 'em from having an opinion. Really, holidays should just make people feel good, and that's generally what they do. Interestingly enough, I've been hearing on alot of right-wing radio shows that they believe the "Jews" and other groups are singling out Christmas, and waging war against everybody having a "Merry Christmas" with PC-ness. Honestly, when a majority is accusing a minority of persecution, it hardly holds water. Happy Holidays!
The only people that are taking the "Christ" out of Christmas are those nutjobs you so ably described. As I already said, no real Jew gives a damn if he's wished a Merry Christmas. We'll just thank you and go back to eating our Chinese food.
